Ingredients:
Pasta - 10 piecesCarrot - 1/2
All purpose powder - 2 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt & pepper - 1 spoon
Procedure:
In a pan add ghee and add finely chopped garlic,carrot fry it well.In the same pan add all purpose flour fry it little and add 2 cups of water.
Boil pasta with salt and drain the excess water and add this pasta to the pan.
Boil it for 5 mins. stir continuously without any lumps.
Add sat and pepper and serve hot.
