Ingredients:
Ridge gourd - 1Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 3 spoons
Chilly powder - 1 spoon
Salt - taste
Asafotida - 1 pinch.
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 cup
Procedure:
In a mixing bowl add gram flour,rice flour,chilly powder and salt with little water.Make this as a smooth batter.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Peal off skins of ridge gourd and cut it length wise or round shape into thin pieces.
Dip this ridge gourd in batter and deep fry and toss it other side too.
Tasty bajji ready.
