MEAL MAKER BALLS

Ingredients:

Meal maker          -         15 pieces
Small Onions        -          10
Green chilly          -           2
Ginger,garlic paste -          2 spoons
Fennal seeds         -          1 spoon
Curry leaves          -          1 arc
Gram  flour         -           2 spoons
Rice flour/corn flour-          1 spoon
Salt                        -           1 spoon

Procedure:

Soak meal maker in hot water for 10 minutes.
Cut the onions and fry it with ginger garlic paste.
add remaining ingredients in mixie except gram flour and rice flour
Grind it well.
Add curry leaves , salt ,gram flour and rice flour.
Heat oil , make the mixer as small balls and deep fry it.


BREAD PUDDING

Bread              -    6 slices
Egg                  -   2
Sugar               -    6 spoons
Milk                 -     1 cup
Ghee                -     2 spoons

Procedure:

In cooker:

Beat the egg, add sugar and milk in it.
 Mix it well . Add bread slices and mash it well.
Grease the cooker vessel with ghee.
Add the mixer in cooker vessel.
Stream it for 3 whistles.
Transfer it into a plate and cut it into pieces.

In microwave:

Add the mixer into ghee greased microwave safe bowl.
set 6 minutes time.
Transfer it into a plate and cut it into pieces.
Note:
we may add raisins in this mixer.
The mixer should be half of the bowl.

VEG, PANEER BREAD ROLL

Ingredients:

Onion              -     1
Tomato            -     2
Potato              -     1
Paneer             -     10 cubes
Garam masala  -     1 spoon
Chilly powder  -      1 spoon
Salt                  -      to taste.
Oil                   -      1 cup

Procedure:

In a pan add oil and add finely chopped onion,tomato's ,cooked and mashed potato, garam masala and chilly powder.
After that add scrambled paneer and salt. mix it well.
The gravy consistency should be very thick and remove it from flame.
Cut the edges of the bread and dip the bread in a plate of water.
The plate should be wide. and do not need to soak it too much
Drain the water completely from bread by press it using your palms.
Keep the mixer on top of the bread and seal the edges.
Heat the oil and fry this roll until it turns into golden brown.



EGG FRIED RICE



Ingredients:

Cooked rice    -     1 cup
Egg                 -     2
Carrot             -     1
Beans              -     5
Onion              -     1 medium size
Peas                -     15 
Lemon juice      -     1 spoon

For sprinkling:

Oil                   -     2 spoons
Mustard seed   -     1 spoon
Cumin seed      -     1 spoon
Cloves             -      2
Fennel              -     1/2 spoon
Coriander leaf   -     garnishing.

Procedure:

Heat the pan , add oil and other sprinkling items.
After splutter, add finely chopped vegetables .
Once the vegetables are cooked add salt and cooked rice.
Add scrambled eggs in pan and fry it well.
After remove the pan from flame add two spoons of lime juice.

Note:
If we add soya sauce it gives special taste to it.

KOVAKAAI / IVY GUARD RICE

Ingredients:

Cooked rice            -    1 cup

pepper powder        -  2 spoons
Coriander powder   -   2 spoons
Garam masala          -  1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder      -   1/2 spoon
Green chilly               -  2
Salt                           -  to taste.
Lemon juice              -   1 spoon

For Sprinkling:

Cloves                     -   2
Bay leaves               -   1
Oil                           -   7 spoons
Mustard seeds         -   1 spoon
Curry leaves            -    6 or 7.
Cumin seeds            -    1 spoon.

Procedure:

Cut kovakaai into length wise or round shape.
In a pan add oil and other sprinkling items one by one.
In the same pan add kovakaai pieces and fry it deeply.
Add pepper powder,coriander powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,green chilly and salt.
When kovakkaai is shrinked then add cooked rice.    add lemon juice.
Mix it well .garnish it with coriander leaves and roasted cashews.






MANGO LASSI.

Ingredients:

Mango           -    1 medium size
Yogurt/ curd  -     1 cup

Water            -      1 cup

Procedure:

Cut the mango and remove the skin.
grind it in mixie with curd and sugar.
Add required water  and refrigerate it  for 20 minutes.

SNAKE GUARD CHAPS

Ingredients:

Snake guard / pudalangai  -  1 medium size
roasted gram dal               -  1 cup (small)
Green chilly                      -   3
Fennel seeds                     -    1 spoonSmall onion                       -   7
Oil                                    -    1 cup
Coriander leaves               -    for garnishing
Salt                                   -   as per taste.

Procedure:

Grind green chilly,small onions,fennel seeds and coriander leaves. and transfer it into a bowl.
Grind roasted gram dal separately.
Cut the snake guard into very small pieces and add salt with little water and mix it.
Keep it aside for 5 minutes. then dry the excess water from snake guard.
Add grinded items with snake guard. mix it into ball consistency.
In a pan add oil and deep fry the mixed items into small balls.
Tasty and crunchy chaps ready to eat.


PARUPPU PAAYASAM

Ingredients:

Moong dal    -     1 cup
Rice              -     1/4 cup
Sugar            -      2 1/2 or 3 cups
Ghee             -     6 spoons
Cashew         -     10
Dry grapes     -     8
Water            -     2 1/2 cups.
Milk               -     1 1/2 cups

Procedure:

In a cooker add 2 spoons of ghee,rice and moong dal .
Roast it until aroma comes out and broke it in mixie.
In the same pan add 2 spoons of ghee and add cashews and grapes.
Change it into another bowl.
In pressure cooker add remaining ghee , rice, moong dal and water.
Cook it for 2 whistles.
Add boiled milk and sugar and allow it to cook for anther 2 minutes in simmer mode.
Garnish it with cashew and dry grapes.
