Kuzhi paniyaram


Ingredients:

Mustard seeds   -   1 spoon
curry leaves        -   10 to 15
Ginger                -   1 inch piece
Idly batter           -   1 cup
Rice flour            -  1 cup
Green chilly         -   2 no's
Oil                      -  10 to 15 spoons

Procedure:

In a pan add oil and mustard seeds, after splutter add curry leaves and ginger.
Add it to the batter and pour it in to greased kuzhi paniyaram pan.
Turn it into other side and serve hot.
